In-Store Return/Exchange policy

• All returns must be made to the original store of purchase within 14 days for store credit or exchange only. 
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt. 
• No returns on the following: Jewelry, Sunglasses, Swimsuits, Accessories, Beaded or sequined items, Formal gowns, Sale items, Discounted items, Clear bags, and Spanx.
• Holiday-themed & Seasonal items are FINAL SALE. Only size exchanges are allowed, if the item is still available. 
• Gift cards must be present to redeem. 

Online Return/Exchange Policy

• Online returns are accepted on unwashed, unworn items in original condition with tags attached, returned within 14 days of delivery. 
• You will only receive a store credit for the item that is being returned. We do not offer refunds. 
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective.
